Assistant Front Office Manager
Manage the day-to-day operations of the front office team, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of excellence in a busy 4-star hotel.
About the Role
- Lead the front office team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of excellence.
- Manage guest queries and ensure prompt and efficient resolution.
- Day-to-day management of the reception team, enabling them to carry out their duties to the expected standards.
- Meet and exceed guest requests, maximizing in-room revenue and occupancy percentage through efficient yield management.
- Assist in compiling and achieving the accommodation budget.
- Liaise with the housekeeping manager to ensure guest requests are actioned.
- Ensure the health and safety of all guests and employees.
About You
- Experienced Assistant Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor in a busy 4-star hotel.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong attention to detail and customer focus.
- Experience of HOTSOFT would be an advantage.
