Assistant Front Office Manager

Manage the day-to-day operations of the front office team, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of excellence in a busy 4-star hotel.

About the Role

  • Lead the front office team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of excellence.
  • Manage guest queries and ensure prompt and efficient resolution.
  • Day-to-day management of the reception team, enabling them to carry out their duties to the expected standards.
  • Meet and exceed guest requests, maximizing in-room revenue and occupancy percentage through efficient yield management.
  • Assist in compiling and achieving the accommodation budget.
  • Liaise with the housekeeping manager to ensure guest requests are actioned.
  • Ensure the health and safety of all guests and employees.

About You

  • Experienced Assistant Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor in a busy 4-star hotel.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and customer focus.
  • Experience of HOTSOFT would be an advantage.
