Job Description
Job Summary: Manage labour planning for a 24/7 production environment, ensuring efficient organisation of resources, minimising production time and costs, and maximising efficiencies. Monitor labour execution, manage team performance, and deal with internal and external issues.
Responsibilities:
- Manage labour planning team, plan labour for packhouse, and review payroll and overtime.
- Work with staff agencies, deal with issues, and attend meetings.
- Carry out monthly planning audits, prepare analysis of labour requirements, and work with HR and Training department on training and recruitment topics.
- Prepare reports on skill gap analysis and manage annual leave.
- Promote health and safety standards and mitigate workplace risks.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of TMS system, fluency in English, and intermediate level MS Excel.
- Experience in Labour Resource Planning, managerial experience, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative, flexible with on-call phone support, and own transport required.
