Seeking a skilled Assistant Lecturer in Industrial Microbiology to contribute to teaching and research in brewing and distilling, yeast husbandry, precision fermentation, and more.
Job Description:
- Contribute expertise in Industrial Microbiology related to brewing and distilling, yeast husbandry/brewing yeast design and development, precision fermentation, fermented foods, production of enzymes, and waste bio remediation.
- Teaching hours: up to 18 hours per week
- Attend meetings and participate in research activities Monday to Friday
