Applications are invited for the following post: Title: Assistant Lecturer in Piano (Specified Purpose Pro Rata) (Reference: 256a/2024). TU Dublin Conservatoire is seeking to appoint an Assistant Lecturer in Piano on a specified purpose pro rata basis. The successful candidate will contribute strongly to teaching, particularly across the undergraduate programmes delivered in the Conservatoire. Candidates should have a proven track record of research and scholarly activities, specifically in Piano pedagogy and performance, which will support the research and scholarly activities of the Conservatoire. An industry background and familiarisation with modern teaching methods would be advantageous. Hours of work: This is a specified purpose pro-rata post. In addition to teaching hours (4 hours per week), attendance is required from Monday to Friday during the general working hours of the School and Faculty. Location: The post will be based at one of the TU Dublin Campuses i.e. Grangegorman (Parkhouse), Blanchardstown or Tallaght.
