This role is ideal for a proactive and confident leader with a background in Jewellery Retail or a highend consumer brand, who is passionate about delivering high-end customer experiences while driving team performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire the team, ensuring delivery of exceptional sales and service standards. Oversee daily operations, workflow management, and employee supervision. Handle escalated customer concerns and build strong customer relationships. Monitor sales results, implement strategies for workplace efficiency, and manage budgets. Conduct performance reviews and support the team in the absence of the Department Manager. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of supervisory luxury retail experience within a luxury retail brand, with strong leadership and customer service skills. Excellent communication, time management, and decision-making abilities. Confidence in dealing with high-end clients and fostering a customer-centric environment.
