A highly-motivated Assistant Manager is sought to join our team in our shop in Georges Street, Dublin 2. The role involves assisting the Manager in day-to-day running, motivating staff and volunteers, and achieving sales targets to maximise our contribution to Enable Ireland's services. Key responsibilities include managing and developing the shop, training and supervising staff, and maintaining brand standards. Essential Criteria: Retail fashion experience, excellent leadership and commercial experience. Desirable Criteria: Brand awareness.
