Assistant Manager - Fashion Our client is a leading high-street fashion retailer known for their fantastic product range across clothing, footwear, and accessories. They currently have an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious Assistant Manager to join their busy store in Galway. What we are looking for; An enthusiastic Retail Manager with proven experience and passion for leading a high-performing team to success whilst driving store sales and delivering excellent service. Duties of this role; Driving the commercial plan across the store Analysing weekly and monthly sales versus targets and taking corrective actions Coaching, leading, and developing the team to achieve goals Promoting and ensuring the highest levels of customer service Managing and achieving all KPIs What's on offer?
