Salary is €35K-€40K negotiable but must reflect the level of experience plus performance bonus. This person must have excellent leadership and people management skills in order to motivate and guide their team in giving first class service and creating a fun memorable experience. My client's business has plans to open other locations, so this is the perfect opportunity with the potential to advance to main manager role in the near future.
