Seeking an Assistant Retail Manager to support the day-to-day management of a store, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Job Description:
- Partner with the Store Manager to build a high-performing team by recruiting, coaching, training, and setting clear expectations.
- Act as a role model for world-class customer service, drive financial performance with sales targets, maintain stock accuracy, and set up store promotional plans.
- Embark on a training programme to become a Health & Wellness specialist, including "Qualified to Advise" and "Healthy Expert" qualifications.
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Ability to understand and analyse sales figures daily
- Passion and enthusiasm for our products
- Ability to complete regular computer-based training
- Ability to be agile and flexible to multi-task and achieve the best results
