Seeking an ambitious and dynamic Assistant Manager to drive sales, lead a team, and develop a grocery retailer's business in Cork and Limerick.
Our client, an award-winning retailer, is looking for an individual with a passion for driving sales, excellent communication skills, and a tenacious work ethic. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail management, a can-do attitude, and the ability to motivate staff.
Responsibilities:
- Be actively involved in the day-to-day running of a store
- Manage a large team and assist the Store Manager
- Achieve sales targets as agreed with management
- Motivate and train staff to deliver high standards in hygiene, cleanliness, visual display, and customer service
- Upsell using merchandising skills
- Mentor and lead by example
Salary: €32k - €38k DOE
