Job Description
Become an Assistant Retail Manager at Holland & Barrett, supporting the day-to-day store management and becoming a brand ambassador.
You’ll partner with the Store Manager, recruiting, coaching, and training a high performing team. You’ll also act as a role model for world class customer service, drive financial performance, and maintain stock accuracy.
To succeed, you’ll need previous retail experience, excellent communication and people management skills, and the ability to work under pressure. You’ll also need to understand and analyse sales figures daily.
You’ll embark on a training programme to become a Health & Wellness specialist, including the "Qualified to Advise" and "Healthy Expert" qualifications.
