Job Description

We are a Irish family celebrating 60 years in business. We operate 7 pubs between Holland, Belgium and Germany. Our aim is to make people feel secure, happy, at ease and valued while celebrating Ireland and its culture. Reporting to: General Manager Primary responsibility (our CASA): To ensure Cultural Alignment and Systems Adherence in the business . Which underpins our main activities in which you have a direct role to: 1. Operate an authentic Irish Pubs, run it to a high standard, with an attention to detail. 2. Provide an excellent atmosphere to relax, watch sports, celebrate and be entertained. 3. Oversee the serving of premium drinks and contemporary cocktails, alongside food which is home cooked and seasonal. 4. Ensure the staff deliver hospitality, which is friendly, positive, and professional and exceeds expectations. 5. Maintain a management style which is effective, efficient and systems focused. Assist in overseeing the HR system for recruitment, onboarding, training, assessment as per our SOPs. Resource and roster planning, in line with companies KPIs and SOPs. Help in managing, leading and motivating an international team. Operations (Operate our system) Use our in house systems to ensure effective planning and communication in the Front of house, Kitchen and Office. Support in running the operating system regarding suppliers, equipment, product, stock control and administration. Ensure standard operational standards (SOPs) are maintained and enhanced. Contribute to product development using our in house reporting system. Finance: (Deliver a profit) Always looking to improve return on capital, by being effective and efficient. Implement and adhere to our cash management, wages, cost control and financial planning SOPs. Aid in delivering our KPI's regarding GP %, wages %, Operational Costs %, Financial Costs % and Marketing Costs %. Marketing: (Exceed expectations) Contribute effective social media content. Give advice regarding effective promotional and advertising ideas. Aware of how to showcase and sell private parties. Ability to oversee the reservations systems and database management. Ensure customer queries and reviews are dealt with in a timely manner. Implementation of new marketing ideas. The following skills are required: Strong management and leadership skills. Excellent planning and communication skills. High attention to detail. Good computer skills and social media awareness. Ability to work consistently with Smartsheet, Hootsuite, Chatwerk, Lucid Sparks and Charts. Ability to deliver a high level of hospitality. Kitchen knowledge.
