Job Description
Support the day-to-day management of the store and become a brand ambassador for Holland & Barrett, partnering with the Store Manager to build a high performing team. Key responsibilities include acting as a role model for customer service, driving financial performance, maintaining stock accuracy and ensuring health and safety compliance.
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to understand and analyse sales figures daily
- Passion for our products
- Ability to complete regular computer-based training
- Agility and flexibility to multitask and achieve results
