Job Description

We are working with a prominent public sector organisation to recruit an Assistant Property Executive / Project administrator / Facilities Management Administrator.

This Graduate role will involve supporting the management, delivery, and administration of site developments, construction, and maintenance programs aswell as dealing with clients and vendors to ensure smooth running of operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the portfolio of Business Parks, including overseeing construction contracts, maintenance works, and the activities of Management Agents, as well as coordinating meetings.
  • Support the management of building portfolios.
  • Aid in administering the Estate Management program.
  • Assist with the upkeep and maintenance of roads, services, buildings, and landscaping within regional parks.
  • Participate in procurement processes across the portfolio, ensuring compliance with public sector best practices, Property Division Procedures, and Procurement Regulations.
  • Oversee and coordinate external consultants and agents to ensure efficient and costeffective service delivery.
  • Assist with tendering processes and manage construction upgrades.
  • Collaborate with utility and service providers to manage wayleaves, rights of way, and licenses for each park.
  • Engage regularly and proactively with client companies regarding propertyrelated matters.
  • Support the Manager in securing Committee approval for client property solutions.
  • Contribute to implementing sustainability initiatives across the portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with all Property Division Procedures and Procurement Regulations.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD mapping systems is advantageous.
  • A Level 7 qualification on the National Qualification Framework is required, ideally in a property or engineeringrelated field.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work well under pressure.
  • Experience in property or facilities management, or involvement in engineering projects or construction contract administration is desirable.
  • Project management skills are a plus.
  • A full, valid driving license is essential.
  • Proficient across Microsoft office word and excel
