Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and supporting the activities of the property transaction protocol and other relevant statutory requirements
- Leading, developing, implementing, and monitoring an estate management strategy
- Ensuring property requirements are fully integrated with service provision and staffing levels
Requirements:
- Expertise in construction, civil engineering, quantity surveying, or property management
- Demonstrated coordination and supervisory skills
- Capability to align property requirements with service provision and staffing levels
Preferred qualifications:
