The CSR Group is working with a leading Building Contractor in their recruitment of a Quantity Surveyor to work on a large project in Central Dublin. The company has a turnover in excess of €400m and operates throughout Ireland. They work in areas such commercial, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, residential and public works. Due to continued success they are actively seeking an assistant level QS to support Senior Commercial Staff in the successful delivery of a €180M mixed-use development in Dublin. Reporting to the Senior QS, you will assist with: Valuations Variations On-site measurement Final accounts Sub-contractor reconciliation You will receive full support from senior staff as well as continued educational support.
