The Restaurant Manager will be part of our client's innovative future plans, fostering the highest standards in customer and quality food service. Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Ensuring high customer service standards and providing a friendly dining experience
- Preparing staff rosters and training staff
- Working with the Head Chef on menus and services
- Managing the booking system and customer liaising
- Ensuring margins and wage costs
- Recruiting, training and developing staff
- HR functions, including training and holiday requests
The ideal candidate has:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Restaurant Management
- Excellent leadership skills
- Proven experience in training and developing teams
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
This role offers a salary of €40-€45, free parking, subsidised gym membership, pensions and life insurance. The role is open to EU applicants or those with a valid Irish work permit.
