Job Description

The College Green Hotel Dublin is looking for an inspiring, innovative, and passionate proactive Assistant Revenue Manager to join our team. This role involves proactive and strategic revenue management to achieve budgeted sales, whilst assessing all business opportunities and appropriately placing business into the hotel. The ideal candidates will need to be able to work in a fast paced and customer focused environment. Requirements Minimum of 1- 2 years' hotel revenue management/supervisory experience, preferably in a city center location. Must be a self-starter and strong closer, with multi-tasking ability Assist with revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day to day operations. Work in liaison with hotel sales and reservations departments as a team Inspire Hotels HODs to further embed a revenue management culture. Excellent levels of personal motivation and organization Experienced in revenue at both operational and management levels Effective communicator to clients and colleagues, individually and in groups; with the capacity to provide clear written reports.
