What you need to know Matrix Recruitment are seeking to recruit a Assistant Site Supervisorfor our Client, based in the Dublin Area. This is a Permanent Role. Your new job Key duties & responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of sites across Ireland. Maintain high standards during installation processes. Record and report site issues for quality control. Execute variations and day works as per company procedures. Conduct weekly toolbox talks and assist with site team tasks. Act as a liaison between site, design, and manufacturing teams. Assist in managing site teams and maintain detailed records. Develop industry knowledge and suggest improvements. Ensure good relationships with clients and third parties on site. Maintain and care for materials and equipment on site. Create and share site schedules with relevant teams. Uphold Health and Safety standards, promoting a safe environment. What are we looking for? A trade or building qualification and timber frame experience are beneficial but not essential. Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment or similar fast paced industry will be a distinct advantage. Proficiency in IT and relevant software. Extensive travel between sites required. Strong credibility with advanced interpersonal and communication skills. Good judgment, resourcefulness, and the ability to prioritize. Strong sense of urgency and adaptability. Innovative, driven by results, and focused on high performance. A full clean drivers license is required (company vehicle provided).
