The Exciting Opportunity The position of Assistant Spa Manager has become available at the award-winning g Hotel Spa. Reporting into the Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient daily operations management, team development, guest relations focus, health and safety administration, and facilities upkeep tasks. The Assistant Spa Manager will also have the opportunity to deliver spa therapies within own range of skills, as appropriate. Applicants should note that the Assistant Spa Manager will also be required to step up to Spa Manager roles in early 2025 to cover a maternity leave. We are looking for someone who is ready for the step into a managerial role in a luxury Spa, or perhaps has already amassed management experience. The person has good organisational ability and can communicate well with others as part of a large diverse team. The person can deliver outstanding treatments, is able to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding customer experience to our guests each and every day. It is a requirement to have a minimum of an ITEC or CIDESCO qualification in Beauty, Spa or Massage Therapy.
