As Assistant Store Manager, you will contribute to the store's overall performance, overseeing the smooth operation of the store, managing controllable costs, and driving sales-focused approaches to store management and team development.

* Contribute to the achievement of store KPIs
* Oversee the smooth running of the store
* Monitor and manage controllable costs to budget
* Deliver an effective operational and sales-focused approach to store management and team development
* Support the development of a succession planning structure and address continuing team development
