A leading Pizza Brand with over 1,000 Retail outlets across the UK and Ireland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for one of their stores in Bray, Co. Wicklow.
As Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Manager to deliver outstanding quality, service, and store profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- People Management, Mentoring and Training Staff
- Cash handling procedures
- Stock management
- Customer services
- Branding and advertising
- Reporting and metrics

- Internal staff meetings
Requirements:
- Written and spoken fluent English
- A relevant Food Qualification or Degree is a strong advantage
- Previous experience working as a Team Leader or Supervisor or Assistant Manager in hospitality, food or retail
- Experience of opening and closing store
- Experience in supervising staff
- Experience in operations
- Experience in reporting and costings
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
