Reporting to the Store Manager, this full-time position is responsible for the smooth running of the store, including managing controllable costs, team development, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the achievement of store KPIs
- Oversee and control the smooth running of the store
- Monitor and manage controllable costs to budget
- Develop and implement effective operational and sales-focused strategies
- Support the development of a succession planning structure
