Assistant Store Manager MD Burns & Co Ltd are looking to recruit an Assistant Store Manager for our Store located in North Dublin.

In person Requirements / Responsibilities Ideally, the candidate will have experience in a retail store or in a similar working environment.
Minimum 1 year experience as a Assistant Manger.Maintain an excellent product display.
Demonstrate top-quality customer service.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ensure housekeeping in the store is maintained at an optimum level.
To develop your colleagues to the most efficient levels possible and delegate responsibilities to them in specific areas of the store.
Adherence to all company policies & procedures, Health & Safety procedures and reporting of any hazards to the Area Manager.
