The Real Estate and Infrastructure Team provides Fund Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Relationship Management services to our clients. This team is the leading provider of Fund Administration services to the Irish Real Estate market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collection of information to facilitate production of NAVs
- Preparation of interim and annual financial statements for Property Funds
- Active liaison with external auditors and dealing with audit queries
- Oversee the preparation of regulatory returns, including compliance reports
- Effective communication with clients, investors, and associated parties
- Ensure that documentation, legal, and compliance issues are complete

Requirements:
- Knowledge of Property Fund Administration or willingness to quickly gain knowledge
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- High level of communication skills
- Team worker willing to assist with various projects and activities
- Demonstrates understanding of high-touch client service
- Maintains quality of work and deliverables through change
