Within this role you will be working as part of the Manufacturing Team to carry out tasks in line with the production schedule as directed by Team Leads and Supervisors.As an Associate Biotech Production Specialist, a typical shift might include, but is not limited to, the following:Working as part of the Manufacturing team to carry out tasks in line with the production schedule as directed by Team Leads and SupervisorsMonitoring production processesParticipating in equipment start-up, commissioning, and validation activitiesAssisting with troubleshooting in case of equipment failurePerforming manufacturing level maintenance on equipmentAdhering to safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements at all times when carrying out tasksPerforming equipment cleaning, preparation and execution as well as completing associated documentationPerforming various tests and in-process samplingReviewing, editing and revising completed batch records, logbooks, and SOPs in accordance with cGMP standardsMaintaining housekeeping in designated area and adhering to the clean standards of the facilityThis role might be for you if:You possess excellent verbal and written communication skillsYou enjoy problem solvingYou demonstrate a can-do attitudeYou are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookYou demonstrate an ability to work within a successful teamYou can adapt to a changing environment and have the ability to adhere to a process-driven scheduleTo be considered for this opportunity you should have a BS/BA in Life Sciences or a related field.
