Client Service Representative for Digital Assets

Provide exceptional client service, resolve operational issues, and drive client satisfaction in a fast-paced, growing organization.

Fidelity Digital AssetsSM Services is a business unit focused on delivering digital asset solutions to institutional clients. As a Client Service Representative, you will work within a team environment, servicing, educating, and resolving day-to-day operational issues for clients. Your focus will be on client satisfaction, with attention to client service relationship management, problem resolution, and process improvement.

You will work closely with the Implementation Manager and Relationship Manager, as well as the broader FDAS team, to improve processes and client satisfaction. You will deliver expertise on key industry topics, including product, platform, technology, operations, and business management principles. Your knowledge and commitment will make you a collaborative and resourceful member of the FDAS team, sharing best practices and driving successful results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service and resolve operational issues
  • Work closely with the Implementation Manager and Relationship Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of operations and/or client service experience in the financial services industry
  • Relationship building skills across team, business unit, and national peers
  • Familiarity with institutional custody and operations solutions
