Support the portfolio for Phase 1, 2, or 3 clinical trials as a member of the Global Clinical Trial (CT) Packaging team.

Collaborate with packaging CMOs, develop knowledge about packaging and labeling operations, and problem solve to innovate and accelerate clinical trial materials.

Job Description

As a Finished Goods (FING) packaging material coordinator (PMC), you will be assigned pipeline compounds within Lilly's portfolio to support packaged clinical trial materials.

  • Portfolio Assignments: Assign pipeline compounds to support packaged clinical trial materials.
  • Judgement and Critical Thinking: Build relationships across several groups throughout Product Delivery and external partners.
  • Documentation: Access, create, and provide documentation for the packager, review and understand batch records, and collaborate with Lilly quality and external packaging partners.
  • Systems Proficient: Become proficient in systems used to execute work, including SAP, Electronic document control system, Share Point Online, and Trackwise.

Responsibilities

  • Approve quotes up to $500 K for CT packaging work completed at the packagers.
  • Monitor invoices to ensure they match quotes and CPs can be paid for the work completed.
  • Build expertise in different areas, such as Trackwise investigation, qualification of new capabilities at our packagers, process improvement projects, metrics, and leading a change.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Science in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, or related field.
  • HS Diploma/GED with 5+ years' experience in clinical.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or other project management certification can be a differentiator.
