Job Summary:
Ensure Northern Trust fulfills its oversight/regulatory responsibilities under the Alternative Investment Fund Management Directive (AIFMD) & UCITS Directives, focusing on Safekeeping of Assets and Asset Verification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work independently and cooperatively within a team environment.
- Produce reporting requirements for internal and external clients on a monthly basis.
- Perform Asset Verification activities, sourcing documentation to verify ownership of "Other Assets".
- Participate in quarterly meetings with relevant parties to ensure governance requirements are met.
- Review exposure reporting on Market Oversight - Restricted/Watch Markets for multiple jurisdictions.
- Ensure new clients and fund launches are incorporated into relevant processes.
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and administration skills.
- A flexible approach to changing business requirements.
- Excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
- Fund administration experience, ideally in Private Equity, Real Estate, Debt, or Fund of Fund asset classes.
