Job Summary:

Ensure Northern Trust fulfills its oversight/regulatory responsibilities under the Alternative Investment Fund Management Directive (AIFMD) & UCITS Directives, focusing on Safekeeping of Assets and Asset Verification.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Work independently and cooperatively within a team environment.

  • Produce reporting requirements for internal and external clients on a monthly basis.

  • Perform Asset Verification activities, sourcing documentation to verify ownership of "Other Assets".

  • Participate in quarterly meetings with relevant parties to ensure governance requirements are met.

  • Review exposure reporting on Market Oversight - Restricted/Watch Markets for multiple jurisdictions.

  • Ensure new clients and fund launches are incorporated into relevant processes.



Requirements:


  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and administration skills.

  • A flexible approach to changing business requirements.

  • Excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.

  • Fund administration experience, ideally in Private Equity, Real Estate, Debt, or Fund of Fund asset classes.
