- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source, screen, and qualify candidates for various roles within the healthcare sector.
- Interviewing and Selection: Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with regulatory standards and best practices within the healthcare industry.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about the healthcare industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
