The training teaches our consultants how to solve complex problems, and is best suited to those who enjoy continuous learning and development. There are 4 promotions available in just 2 years, showing how our recruitment consultants can enjoy an accelerated career path. Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare institutions, understanding their staffing needs and requirements. Provide consultancy and advice on recruitment strategies and market trends. Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source, screen, and qualify candidates for various roles within the healthcare sector. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including social media, networking, and database management. Interviewing and Selection: Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific roles. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with regulatory standards and best practices within the healthcare industry. Maintain high-quality standards in the recruitment process to ensure the best fit for both clients and candidates. Market Insight: Stay informed about the healthcare industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities. Use this knowledge to inform recruitment strategies and provide insights to clients and candidates. What We Look for in Our Teammates: Strong educational background. 6 months to 3 years of professional experience in any field (such as Sales, Customer Service, etc). Proven ability to meet targets/ deadlines. Thrives in a proactive and fast-paced environment.
