Le Meas Executive Search are delighted to partner with a Professional Services Firm to hire an Audit, Associate Director to their Cork office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement audit strategies tailored to clients ensuring alignment with the firm's overall objectives.
2. Provide leadership and direction to the audit team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvements.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring client satisfaction.
4. Oversee the execution of high-quality audits, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, accounting standards (Irish/ US/ UK GAAP and IFRS), and the firm's audit methodologies.
5. Promote a learning environment that encourages professional growth and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

1. Qualified Accountant - (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA).
2. Minimum 7+ years' experience.
3. Prior experience working with Wealth and Asset Management clients.
4. Strong technical skills (Irish/ US/ UK GAAP and IFRS) auditing standards.
5. Electronic auditing experience with the ability to motivate and manage staff under tight deadlines.
6. Portfolio management experience.
7. Experience gained in a Top 10 accounting firm would be advantageous.
