We are a Fortune 5 business and one of the world's leading healthcare companies, with a dynamic and diverse team of over 2,100 talented individuals. **Job Description** As a Senior Business Process Leader, you will be responsible for: * Providing end-to-end business process leadership and execution for the Clinical Solutions Data Operations business * Driving continuous development of existing processes and developing new processes to meet emerging business needs * Collaborating with a broad spectrum of business partners to ensure flawless execution of business processes * Introducing new and innovative ideas to promote growth and value across the business * Proactively supporting the continuous development of high-performing teams and individual performance while cultivating team engagement **Requirements** * Undergraduate degree from an accredited University or College * Proven track record of leading the development of end-to-end business processes * Proven track record of leading Data Quality initiatives, including audit processes **Preferred Qualifications** * Working knowledge of the US Healthcare Industry * Proficient knowledge of SDLC and Agile Scrum frameworks * Post-graduate degree in a relevant field * Experience in configuring and leading new business workstreams * Experience managing financial budgets and forecasting * Experience leading and executing continuous change initiatives **About Our Culture** We believe everyone – of every race, gender, sexuality, age, location, and income – deserves the opportunity to live their healthiest life.
