**About the Role**:
As a senior role in the Clinical Solutions – Data Operations team, you'll be responsible for end-to-end business process design, delivery & management, leveraging a matrixed environment of data, technology & global teams.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
* Provide end-to-end business process leadership & execution for the Clinical Solutions Data Operations business
* Drive continuous development of existing processes as well as develop new processes to meet emerging business needs
* Work collaboratively, and in partnership with a broad spectrum of business partners to ensure flawless execution of business processes
* Introduce new and innovative ideas to promote growth and value across the business
* Proactively support the continuous development of high performing teams & individual performance while cultivating team engagement
**Required Qualifications**:
* Undergraduate degree from an accredited University or College
* Proven track record of leading the development of end-to-end business processes
* Proven track record of leading Data Quality initiatives including audit processes
**Preferred Qualifications**:
* Working knowledge of the US Healthcare Industry
* Proficient knowledge of SDLC & Agile Scrum frameworks
* Post-graduate degree in relevant field
* Experience in configuring and leading new business workstreams
* Experience managing financial budgets and forecasting
* Experience leading and executing continuous change initiatives
