Associate Director, Clinical Trial Patient Engagement

This is a 10-month contract role.

Job Summary:

Develop and lead the design strategy for patient recruitment and retention within clinical programs, incorporating the voice of the patient and researchers.

  • Deliver the design strategy for clinical programs where the voice of the patient and researchers are represented.
  • Lead the creation of the design strategy for patient recruitment and retention within assigned areas of focus.
  • Partner with Clinical Design Delivery & Analytics functions to determine the best strategic direction for each clinical program.
  • Facilitate the creation of deliverables with functional owners and/or vendors.
  • Ensure continuous improvement by understanding external and internal needs and challenges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or health-related field or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the country.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Broad understanding of the pharmaceutical drug/device development process.
  • Proven ability to lead, influence, and deliver to timelines.
  • Demonstrated strategic and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Prior experience in managing complex/cross-functional projects.
