**Clinical Trial Program Lead** A highly skilled professional is sought to lead clinical trial programs, overseeing the development of clinical assets and ensuring the successful execution of clinical research trials. **Job Description** As Associate Director Clinical Trial Program Lead, you will be responsible for: * Developing clinical asset strategies for phase 1, leveraging quality decision-making principles * Providing consultation to project teams on clinical and regulatory documents * Staying up-to-date on current knowledge of relevant disease states, competitors, and industry trends * Maintaining knowledge of operational requirements to effectively plan clinical development studies and submissions * Leading the implementation and integration of clinical project management processes and tools * Working with third-party organizations to execute clinical strategies and oversee key trial deliverables * Developing and managing clinical budgets and timelines * Identifying and communicating clinical risk assessments and mitigation plans * Overseeing clinical trial operations and delivery of clinical project milestones * Managing vendors and ensuring on-time and on-budget clinical project deliverables **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in a science-related field * 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with direct experience managing clinical studies * Strong knowledge of ICH GCP and early phase experience * Advanced scientific degree * Strong leadership and networking skills * Vendor management and contracting experience * High-level computer skills * Ability to influence and oversee third-party organizations * Demonstrated knowledge and experience with project management tools and processes * Excellent oral and written communication skills **Key Skills** * Clinical Project Manager * Clinical Trials * Clinical Trials Manager
