About the Role - Associate Director Company Secretarial This Associate Director role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate Director or a driven Senior Manager to elevate their leadership, managerial, and technical expertise within our fast-paced, dynamic Company Secretarial department. You will work closely with Partners across the firm, delivering impactful solutions to a broad range of clients. In this senior management role, you will lead a talented team, overseeing all company secretarial assignments, and playing a key part in shaping the future of the department. Crowe's supportive and growth-focused environment offers unparalleled opportunities for professional development and career progression within the firm, and to thrive in a highly collaborative, growth-focused environment Key Responsibilities Lead & Manage Projects: Oversee the delivery of a wide range of company secretarial assignments, providing guidance to junior team members and ensuring timely, accurate results. Refine & Improve Processes: Lead and continuously refine the process for managing annual compliance matters for our clients, ensuring accurate and timely filings with key regulatory bodies. Strategic Involvement: Actively contribute to the overall strategy of the department and the firm, staying ahead of market trends and developments to ensure our activities align with industry best practices. Team Leadership: Mentor, motivate, and inspire your team, providing constructive feedback and playing an integral role in their professional development. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients, becoming their trusted advisor and helping to grow their business. Business Development: Own your business development portfolio, proactively pitch for new business, and collaborate with partners on consultancy projects to drive the firm's growth. Operational Excellence: Manage key operational aspects, including WIP, billing, resource allocation, and assignment scheduling, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and to the highest quality. What We Are Looking For We are searching for a forward-thinking leader with a deep understanding of company secretarial practices and a passion for client service. Qualifications & Experience Chartered Secretary qualification with 10+ years of post-qualification experience. Strong technical expertise and a proven track record of managing diverse client portfolios. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Skills & Competencies Leadership: You have a natural ability to inspire, lead, and develop teams. You've demonstrated success in managing and mentoring junior staff. Client-Focused: You are a trusted advisor who understands client needs, delivering high-quality services with confidentiality and professionalism.
