Job Description: We seek an Associate Director Data Scientist to bolster our Animal Data Science team. This role transforms complex data into actionable insights, working in synergy with a diverse team of experts. You will apply artificial intelligence, data science, and advanced statistics to trillions of data points from connected animals, creating tangible insights for customers. Your Core Responsibilities: You will work closely with our Centre of Expertise for livestock, applying data science to business-prioritized use-cases, creating real-world impact. You will extract and serve insights, predictions, and recommendations to Animal Health end customers, leveraging AI and Data Science technology and advancing its state of the art.
Who You Are: We encourage you to apply even with a partial match. You should have 5-7 years of Data Science experience, preferably in Animal Health. You must have comprehension of animal health, proficiency in at least 2 general-purpose programming languages (Python and R), and experience with sensor data, time series data, machine learning, and animal data. A degree or advanced degree in data science, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related fields is required. Experience working with global teams, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English are also essential.
