Job Description

Lead the delivery of information management framework (IMF) to ensure production of project information and alignment with best practice.

Mace is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead the information management team and develop key products that influence and govern project information production.

  • Oversee the establishment of the IMF to manage project information across the programme lifecycle.
  • Lead the information management team, including people/talent management and development of standard operating procedures.
  • Support the successful adoption of the IMF through education and training initiatives.
  • Oversee aspects of tender design relating to information management.
  • Ensure the IMF responds to user brief requirements and is compliant with GDPR and statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing project requirements relating to information management and interfacing design elements.
  • Ensuring feasibility and alignment with client objectives.
  • Demonstrating the value of the IMF to the project using business intelligence tools.
  • Implementing robust quality management systems for information management.
  • Providing input into cost-reduction exercises and managing issues and corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 8 degree in relevant subject area (e.g. engineering, computer science).
  • Good influencing skills to manage and motivate teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
