Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Associate Director to lead our Civil and Structures team in Dublin, Ireland. The successful candidate will have 15+ years of experience as a Structural or Senior Structural Engineer, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale commercial and residential projects.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with experience in team lead roles and a strong technical background in civil and structural engineering. They will also have experience in software relevant to the industry and be chartered or working towards chartered status.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers on complex projects
- Develop and implement project strategies
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure project profitability
- Identify and mitigate project risks
