As an Associate/Technical Director, you will collaborate with technical specialists and design teams to direct and lead environmental teams, contributing to project designs and assessments.

- Recruitment and team management
- Bidding and project delivery
- Financial oversight and budget management
- Client relationship building and new business development
Qualifications:
- Relevant environmental/planning degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrable experience in EIA delivery for major water schemes
- Familiarity with consenting processes like Habitats Regulations Assessments and SSSI Assents
- Thorough knowledge of environmental issues
- Proven line management experience and team development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
