Job Description

Seeking professionals to join a team-oriented environment on a diverse range of transaction advisory assignments, articulating findings and recommendations around key financial and business issues.

The ideal candidate will have skills in financial statement review and reconciliations, quality of earnings, quality of net working capital, and business and transactional performance.

  • Support the day-to-day activities of Corporate Finance – Transaction Advisory client service teams executing on buy and sell side diligence engagements.
  • Demonstrate consistent, balanced project delegation, supervision and leadership skills across all areas of an engagement.
  • Collaborate with TA and BRG experts, professionals from other firms and client contacts to achieve engagement objectives.
  • Lead the preparation of reports, written analyses, presentations, and other client deliverables.
  • Participate in the development of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial consulting practice.
  • Demonstrate the highest degree of professionalism, ethics, quality, and integrity.
  • Assist in identifying issues for purchase price adjustments and potential deal structuring insights.
  • Utilize business, finance, accounting, and analytical skills to perform tasks including quality of earnings, financial trend analysis, working capital trending, and benchmark assessments.

Basic qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, Management, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or related field, and a minimum of 10 years of prior work experience in a consulting or professional services environment.

  • Strong data analysis skills and problem solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage processes and other staff.
  • Interest and knowledge of the Healthcare field.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and a demonstrated ability to interact with senior management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently on smaller transactions.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% when needed.

Preferred skills include experience with Big Data analysis, Data Visualization, and/or Business intelligence tools, ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize changing work demands, and familiarity with financial research tools.
