We are a subsidiary of Outsourcing Inc, a Tokyo headquartered enterprise owned by Bain Capital, one of the world’s leading private investment firms.The Opportunity:Cpl's newly established Technology Team is on a mission to drive enterprise-grade strategic technology initiatives that fuel the growth of each commercial unit within our 4 core divisions. We seek a passionate and experienced commercial technologist to spearhead technology strategy for our flagship Talent Evolution Group (TEG). You will take complete ownership of the solution architecture, systems, and technology transformation initiatives within TEG.Why This Role Matters:Effective technology strategy is the cornerstone of TEG's growth. Reporting directly to Cpl’s Group CTO you will play a key role in shaping our technology future whilst enabling some of the world's most exciting companies to grow through advanced talent solutions and experiences. This includes Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Managed Service Provision (MSP), Talent Assessment and Talent Transition Services.Your Core Responsibilities:Strategic Partnership: Partner directly with the TEG Managing Director to translate business needs into future-proof technology solutions.Lead Solutions Architecture: You will be the mastermind behind TEG's technology solutions, architecting and creating complex systems that leverage internal resources, external partners, and best-in-class SaaS solutions.Collaborative Leadership: Foster a collaborative environment, working hand-in-hand with leaders across various teams (TEG MSP & RPO Leadership, TEG CoE, Business Resilience, PMO, IT Ops, Data, Finance) to identify opportunities and challenges.Commercial: Partner with TEG Leadership, Sales, and Bids and Tenders to support technology solutions for new client services programmes.Data-Driven Success: Lead the successful adoption of your solutions by implementing data-driven methodologies to ensure measurable impact.Change Champion: Drive and champion large-scale change initiatives within TEG, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption of new technologies.Digital Transformation Architect: Develop and implement a digital transformation roadmap for TEG, leveraging technology to optimise workflows, improve efficiency, and elevate TEG's competitive edge.Your Ideal Skills & Experience:Commercial Technologist: Perfectly bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions whilst translating complex ideas into actionable plans to drive growth and build competitive advantage.Solutions Architect Expertise (3-5 years): Proven track record of successfully architecting and delivering complex technology-driven solutions in a similar senior role.Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of solution architecture principles and experience with various technologies and platforms.Salesforce Savvy: Adept at crafting robust and scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.Project Management Prowess: Advanced project management skills with the ability to lead and manage projects effectively.Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Change Management Expertise: Proven ability to design and implement effective change management strategies and digital transformations to minimise disruption and ensure user buy-in.Bonus Points:Experience with bids and tender-led solution architecture.Experience within the talent solutions, staffing, or recruitment industries. #J-18808-Ljbffr
