**Associate Director of Technology - Talent Evolution Group** **Summary:** Drive enterprise-grade strategic technology initiatives to fuel growth in Cpl's Talent Evolution Group, spearheading technology strategy and solution architecture. We employ over 12,000 people across 50+ office locations operating in 14 countries worldwide. **The Opportunity:** Cpl's Technology Team is on a mission to drive strategic technology initiatives that fuel growth in each commercial unit within our 4 core divisions. We seek a passionate and experienced commercial technologist to spearhead technology strategy for our flagship Talent Evolution Group (TEG). **Key Responsibilities:** * Partner directly with the TEG Managing Director to translate business needs into future-proof technology solutions * Lead solutions architecture, architecting and creating complex systems that leverage internal resources, external partners, and best-in-class SaaS solutions * Foster a collaborative environment, working with leaders across various teams to identify opportunities and challenges * Partner with TEG Leadership, Sales, and Bids and Tenders to support technology solutions for new client services programmes * Lead the successful adoption of solutions by implementing data-driven methodologies to ensure measurable impact * Drive and champion large-scale change initiatives within TEG, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption of new technologies * Develop and implement a digital transformation roadmap for TEG, leveraging technology to optimise workflows, improve efficiency, and elevate TEG's competitive edge **Ideal Skills & Experience:** * Commercial technologist with a proven track record of successfully architecting and delivering complex technology-driven solutions * Solutions architect expertise with 3-5 years of experience * Deep understanding of solution architecture principles and experience with various technologies and platforms * Salesforce savvy with the ability to craft robust and scalable solutions * Project management skills with the ability to lead and manage projects effectively * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels * Change management expertise with the ability to design and implement effective change management strategies and digital transformations
