Key Responsibilities

  • Drive operational performance by collaborating with matrix partners and fostering a team approach.
  • Lead analytics efforts to build and deliver multiple performance metrics.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure initiatives are communicated, implemented, and reviewed for continuous process improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve cost, quality, and work product.
  • Review manual report packages to identify opportunities to automate reporting and/or eliminate redundancies.

Requirements

  • Previous extensive Operations Management experience in a matrix environment.
  • Proven hands-on experience managing projects and end-to-end processes.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and driving team performance.
  • Intermediate proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS or Advance degree.
  • Experience with SharePoint, Teams.
  • Experience with Project Management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously to meet contractual deadlines or other time-sensitive commitments.
