Associate Director Performance Operations

Key Responsibilities
- Drive operational performance by collaborating with matrix partners and fostering a team approach.
- Lead analytics efforts to build and deliver multiple performance metrics.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure initiatives are communicated, implemented, and reviewed for continuous process improvement.
- Identify opportunities to improve cost, quality, and work product.
- Review manual report packages to identify opportunities to automate reporting and/or eliminate redundancies.
Requirements
- Previous extensive Operations Management experience in a matrix environment.
- Proven hands-on experience managing projects and end-to-end processes.
- Demonstrated experience working in a highly matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing and driving team performance.
- Intermediate proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS or Advance degree.
- Experience with SharePoint, Teams.
- Experience with Project Management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously to meet contractual deadlines or other time-sensitive commitments.
