Job Description

This role has overall responsibility for the development and curation of Regeneron's global talent brand, across all "bought" "owned" and "earned" channels, some of which are shared with our corporate affairs and reputation teams. Therefore in addition to leading a small team, this role requires a high degree of cross-functional collaboration and enterprise stakeholder engagement. You're an expert in employer/talent brand with significant experience in digital recruitment marketing channels, ideally with on-the-ground experience in multiple international markets. A typical day as the Associate Director of Talent Brand might look like: Coach, develop and lead the talent brand team, ensuring we have the right skills and resources deployed in the right locations to meet the needs of the enterprise Own the strategy, content and upkeep of in all global markets Partner with Corporate Affairs in the development of the LinkedIn channel strategy Own the strategy, content and delivery of all talent brand content on LinkedIn Own all external paid and social talent channels Ensure compliance with FDA and other regulatory bodies in all domestic and international markets Manage the relationships with external agencies and vendors, whilst ensuring fiscal discipline for all outsourced activities, creative or otherwise As an active member of the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, ensure close alignment of talent brand activities with broader talent organization goals and strategies This role might be for you if: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in content creation, brand management, or a similar role, preferably in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry. Experience in employee engagement or internal communications is a plus. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage projects with multiple stakeholders.
