Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Director to provide operational leadership and expertise in process and methodologies of EMP, while driving advancements and improvements.
- Lead activities supporting study development and execution, including establishing networks with key support areas and providing leadership in business interactions with TPO partners.
- Provide leadership in business processes supporting early phase development, reviewing established procedures and contributing to the overall strategic direction of cross-functional systems and processes.
- Drive definition of metrics to quantify exploratory and biopharmaceutics clinical development portfolio deliverables, and develop a metrics and evaluation strategy for the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a science-related field, or equivalent qualifications/experience, and demonstrated project management and time management skills, strong verbal reasoning, attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
