Associate Director Role at Eli Lilly Cork
We're seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to provide operational leadership and support for exploratory and biopharmaceutics clinical development at Eli Lilly Cork.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational leadership to support exploratory and biopharmaceutics clinical development.
- Work across the organization with functional and organizational partner groups to deliver knowledge, expertise, standard templates, and technology to identify various clinical development scenarios and provide functional expertise to ensure success in portfolio delivery.
- Lead activities supporting study development and execution, including cross-functional systems and processes, systems, metrics, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain awareness of regulatory issues and trends relevant to assigned portfolio.
- Drive definition of metrics to quantify exploratory and biopharmaceutics clinical development portfolio deliverables.
- Develop a metrics and evaluation strategy for the organization.
- Monitor implementation progress of systems and recommend corrective actions if needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a science-related field from an accredited college or university; or equivalent qualifications/experience.
- 3 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry with direct experience of managing clinical studies.
- Demonstrated project management and time management skills.
- Strong verbal reasoning, attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
