We are currently recruiting for an OnboardingAssociateto join our dynamic workplace here at Carne Group, based out of ourDublin or Wexford office. The role offers the new starter the opportunity for career progression in a growing company. What is your role and your responsibilities? Attending projectcalls with the onboarding project manager,draftingminutes / actions,updatingproject plans Completing a first draft of variousonboardingchecklists Attending operational calls and taking away actionsto be addressed Following up on actions noted to ensure addressedin the required timeframe Completingaccount opening documentationwhererequired Updatingpolicy templatesand service level agreementtemplates Completing ONR delegation letters, financial indices letters, ICAV forms for incorporation Co-ordinating signatures on various documents Liaising withinternal teamsin both Ireland and Luxembourgto address any client queries or requested calls (example: UBO queries, MLRO queries, Distribution queries, Risk queries etc). Working with the Due Diligence team to identify and communicate requests for additional information Working with the AML team to ensure the required client documentationis sourced Working withthe onboarding project managersto ensurethepipelinedocumentsare updated to reflect the latest information. Arranging client visits – scheduling peopleandagreeing agendas Ensuring client and fund information is appropriately saved in the correct location What Competencies do you require?
