Seeking experienced professionals with 1-2 years' experience in Private Equity or Fund Administration to manage relationships with private equity firms and life assurance companies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain relationships with private equity firms and life assurance companies.
- Understand client relationships and expectations to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
- Prioritise and execute tasks to ensure funds are priced accurately at each valuation point, and analyse and confirm pricing discrepancies and significant movements.
- Manage the execution of capital calls and distributions.
- Prepare annual tax statements for client investments in private equity products.
- Prepare and review financial statements for company investment structures.
About the role:
- 1-2 years' experience in fund administration, private equity.
- Experience of internal controls, procedures and liaising with internal audit.
- A qualified or partially qualified fund accountant.
- A team player who can also work independently and manage their own workload effectively.
- Demonstrates a willingness to manage the full end-to-end servicing of a fund.
- Proactive with strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presence and presentation skills.
